What types of leases are available?
We currently offer a 50 week lease divided into 12 equal monthly installments. These begin in August and end in July.
What types of apartments/rooms are available?
We have 4 Bedroom / 4 Bath apartment units.
How close to campus are you?
We are literally a stone's throw from the University of West Georgia. You are within walking distance of the Academic Quad.
What is the cost?
Our rate for August 2011 is $399 per month. Give us a call, we may have a special perfect for you!
Can I use my financial aid?
You have the option to pay however you like but you are required to meet payment deadlines. Call the office for more information.
When can I move in?
NOW! We accept leases all year. Fall 2012 move in is scheduled for August 11th, 2012!!!
What if I need to cancel my lease?
All you have to do is find an individual that meets our leasing qualification criteria and you will be able to reassign your lease to that person. There is also a re-assignment fee of $200 that should be paid at the time the lease is signed.
Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Yes! Our leasing staff will be more than happy to assit you with selecting your new apartment and roommates! If you already have roommates in-mind you can live together!
Is parking available?
Ample parking is available to all residents with room to spare for visitors. You can get your guest a visitors pass in the office.
What utilities are included in my rent?
We offer an all inclusive package which includes WiFi internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, and electricity. Please note that there is a $30.00 cap for electricty. $120 per unit.
When do I put down a deposit?
Never! We do not require a deposit unless you decide not to have a guarantor. All you pay is a one time non-refundable Service Fee & Application Fee.
Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! Carrollton Crossing added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Just log on to our website, click the "Pay Rent" option. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.
Do I have to have a meal plan?
You are not required to have a meal plan, and why would you?? With our spacious kitchen there's plenty of room for cooking!
How many people live there?
We have a capacity of up to 336 residents.
How do our rates compare to on-campus housing rates?
When comparing our rates to on-campus rates you must take into consideration many variables, including floor plan layout, square footage, furniture, utilities, and community amenities. Our leasing staff is available to discuss with you how our rates compare to other housing options and validate that our community offers you the best value for your money, as well as a great location and incredible amenities.
Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a billing reminder & alert program.
If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Yes. All residents are required to have a Guarantor. (25 years of age and Family members are preferred.) Or pay the deposit in lieu of guarantor. (Call office for more details.)
When is my first payment due?
The first payment is due by July 15th.
If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a discount incentive for residents who pay up front.
What size are the beds?
We offer full-size beds.
Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
Absolutely! We encourage resident to make themselves at home.
What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
We offer Wireless Internet serivce in every unit. All you need is a wireless adapter. (Most new computers come with these adapters pre-installed.)
